All of our aftercare is very important, this is not a list in priority order. Please read fully to ensure your best healing process.

Keep the area clean
We provide you with spot plasters that you will need to change every day or few days especially if the plaster becomes wet for any reason.

We also provide alcohol wipes to ensure you wipe the area each time you change the plaster to ensure it remains sterile.

You should keep this up until the injection sight has healed over usually around the 7-day mark.

(The duration of healing time can vary depending on a number of things this including activity level and peoples natural healing ability)

No Penetrative Sex for 14 days This is essential!
Penetrative sex will move the filler and ruin your result. In addition, having penetrative sex severely increases the risk of infection.

Re-distribution Massage technique
Over the next week the filler WILL SLIGHTLY MOVE. This is completely natural.

Why does the filler move?
The penis naturally grows and shrinks, multiple times throughout the day. From flaccid to erect state. Because of the sliding nature of the penile tissues, the filler can move and slide along the shaft.

This means that the filler can slightly move out of position from where it was originally placed. The Filler in the first week, is still a soft gel. It has not yet set or fully integrated into the penile tissues.

It is now the job of you (THE PATIENT) to explicitly follow the post procedure re-distribution massage technique to ensure that the filler is re-distributed before it sets and hardens. If you feel a video of the technique would help, please ask for this to be sent to you at your appointment.

‍The post procedure distribution massage is very easy to do. But it relies on complete compliance from you for the next 2 weeks.

It is typically easier/preferred to perform the massage technique whilst having an erection. We recommend to have as many erections as possible to help keep the penis stretched and at full extension.

You must perform this massage for 1-2 mins, 5 times a day. Or until the filler is back in its original position the moment you left clinic. In two weeks after your treatment, if your penis does not look like the after photo we took of your penis. Then this is a result of poor massage/technique and compliance.

We’ve done our job. Time to do yours! If you have any questions or general aftercare advice, please contact us. All that is required is spend 1-2 mins, 5-6 times a day redistributing the filler. This technique is shown to you in clinic on the day of treatment. (If the swelling and bruising is to severe in the first 3 days and the massage technique is not possible then it is best to let the area settle to aid the closure on the injection site to avoid the risk of infection) after 3 days start the massage technique.

N.B In the rare event that filler spills out of the injection site during the re-distribution massage, stop the massage, re-cover the site with a plaster and let it heal. Re-attempt in 48 hours.

Swelling and Bruising
This is completely normal and is to be expected. You can take ibuprofen as recommended on the packet to help reduce the swelling and/or bruising. We recommend starting on the day of treatment to minimise the potential as much as possible. In doing this it means you should be able to start the massage technique sooner rather than later.
