These Terms and Conditions, together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use this website, penisfill.co.uk, in addition to our appointment and in clinic policies. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of our site and if you sign any of our consent forms for any procedure undertaken by PenisFill®.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings: "Content" means any and all text, images, audio, video, scripts, code, software, databases and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of, Our Site; "System" means any online communications infrastructure that we make available through Our Site either now or in the future. This may include, but is not limited to, contact forms, email, live chat and forums; and "We/Us/Our" means PenisFill®, PenisFill® and its team members. 1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
Most of our patients present to us with primary physical, psychological and psychosocial symptoms.We perform a detailed consultation with each patient who receives treatment with us. Our medical practitioners, take a history of why you seek the treatment, what your primary concerns are, your expectations from the treatment, your background medical history, a clinical examination, working diagnosis and treatment plan. An aftercare, follow up and a review are always available for our patients. Despite what you see on social media, we would kindly ask members of the public when commenting on our patients before and afters that you always remain respectful.

1.1 DEPOSITS AND APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
We Kindly request a £100.00 deposit for all appointments. We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of treatment if client does not show up or not enough notice is provided. The deposit paid is used towards the cost of treatment on the day. Should you wish to cancel your appointment outside of 48 hours you will be able to do so without nil penalty. We hold a strict Deposit policy as a rule of fairness we understand that no one or rarely people would make an appointment without the intention of coming to their appointment. But in some cases it cant be helped. We as a business still have to arrange for your appointment, staffing, time taken out of the diary this time taken is a loss of money for us as another person could have booked that space you filled. This is why the £100.00 is charged to cover the minimum cost of this to us as a business. If you arrive to your appointment and on the day and it is decided treatment is not right for you, unlike most clinics, we will refund you deposit amount. Deposits and non-refundable if you cancel outside out policy or do not show for you appointment.

1.1A APPOINTMENT LATENESS POLICY
• We DO NOT tolerate lateness.
• If you arrive to any appointment more than 10 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be lost.
• Any future appointments you wish to make will require a further deposit payment.
• I understand that by paying a deposit to PenisFill® I am bound to these terms and conditions.
• Attending my appointment more than 10 minutes late from the time scheduled will mean that PenisFill® have no obligation to rebook me on the same day or refund any Deposit amount previously paid.

1.2 TREATMENT FOLLOW UP'S/REVIEWS
All clients that have had treatment with us are entitled to one free follow-up/review appointment. We will always offer this to you if you have any concerns post treatment (up to 8 weeks from original appointment date.)
• If you cancel or reschedule your review within 48 hours of your booked review date, you will lose your free review.
• Any further reviews/follow up will be charged at the standard rate £100.00
• Patients are allowed one free review / check up if needed. After this it will be charged at £100.00
• If you refuse to come in for a face-to-face review for any reason then you are in breach of our terms and conditions and have solely refused our help. This leaving us with no choice but to discharge you from our clinic. In the occurrence of this happening, you have accepted that you are fully liable.
• “I” have understood and accepted that follow ups/review appointments maybe required as part of my treatment and travel to PenisFill® is essential. I have understood the distance and time it takes to travel and am happy to do so when/if it is deemed required by a team member of PenisFill®.

1.3 TREATMENT PLANS
Treatment Plans are non-refundable, however balances for outstanding treatments in some cases may be transferred to alternative treatments. If a service for whatever reason stops being offered and there is outstanding treatment, we will ONLY issue the remaining CREDIT to be used for alternative services within our clinic. NO refund will given in physical cash or bank transfer. Please speak to our clinic manager regarding this.

1.4 POLICY ON SMOKING
We do not allow smoking in our clinic or on its premises.

1.5 POLICY ON CHILDREN
We regret that we are unable to allow children into our clinic.

1.6 POLICY ON PETS
For hygiene reasons we are unable to allow pets into our clinic. If you require a guide dog then please let us know in advance.

1.7 REFUNDS
Under NO circumstances are refunds issued for treatments that have been performed. Why isn't a refund provided? A doctor/ medical professional has spent time performing your treatment. This time has to be paid for. The products used for example filler/botox/ or treatment modality has been used in your body and cannot be extracted and used on someone else. Even though in your opinion you may not "like" the aesthetic outcome, there are long term health benefits to the skin tissue that has been treated. We are a very caring clinic. We offer 1 review per patient (free of charge) to attempt to get the treatment right for you. Other clinics charge for these reviews. Unfortunately, we will decline treatment if you do not agree to the terms and conditions or our complaints policy. On signing the procedural consent forms, you agree to the terms and conditions and will follow our complaints policy.

1.8 STANDARD PROCEDURE
If you are aesthetically unhappy with your treatment, we will ask for you to return for a face-to-face review (free of charge not at the usual £100.00 fee) with one of our medical professionals. The treatment had at this appointment maybe charged depending on individual circumstances. Most complaints are rectified and dealt with during this standard procedural stage. If after this stage including the 3 weeks healing period from date of review you are still unhappy with your result, you will have the opportunity of a further review with the same medical professional or another medical professional (at our clinic) for a 2nd opinion.

1.9 COMPLAINTS POLICY
Please read below, to follow our complaints procedure. Our complaints procedure is designed to address any specific concerns that our patients may have.If after all parts to the standard procedure (see 1.8) have been met and your expectations have still not been met we will offer you our apologies. And refer you back to your signed consent form stating that you understand your expectations may not be met and that it is a risk of your own by going ahead with treatment.

2.0 HYBRID-ULTIMATE TWO SESSION WARRANTY

3 Year Warranty
We are so confident in Hybrid-Ultimate filler, we have provided you with a 3 year warranty.

Two sessions package (£6500). It is not valid on the single session treatment (£3500). The Warranty is only valid for new clients who have placed the order from 20/07/24. The Warranty starts from the date of completion of your 2nd session.

What does this include?
The warranty covers size ONLY.
The warranty does NOT cover maintenance procedures to correct shape irregularities, that may sometimes occur.
MEASUREMENTS ARE ONLY TAKEN MID-SHAFT TO DETERMINE VALIDITY OF WARRANTY.
The warranty states that you will loose no more than 50% of your filler before and up to 3 year from the date of your 2nd session.
If in the rare event, you do loose more than 50% of your filler before the 3 year period is up. You will be provided with a complimentary top up.

How do we determine if you have lost more than 50% of filler?
Immediately after the doctor has completed the 2nd session of Hybrid-Ultimate, he will measure your girth (mid shaft) in the flaccid state. This will be recorded live in front of you with clinical photos for evidence. For Example; If your baseline measurement before any treatment with us is 4.5 inch girth (mid shaft, flaccid state) and after your 40ML (over 2 sessions) you gain 6inch. You have gained 1.5 inches in girth. If your filler drops more than 0.75 inches (more than 50% of gain) before the 3 years is up, you will be offered a complimentary top up to get you above this level again.

What do I do if I feel my filler has dropped more than 50%?
You will be provided with your final mid-shaft girth result in clinic (immediately after your 2nd session). We encourage you to measure your girth every 4 months. You should measure yourself if you feel your filler has dropped as this saves a wasted trip to us. If you arrive in clinic and the filler has NOT dropped more than 50%and you feel you require filler, this will be charged at the standard rate per ml used. No more than one complimentary top up is permitted within the 3 year period. You must have completed the full two sessions of Hybrid-Ultimate (30-40ml) for the warranty and guarantee to be valid. The 3 year warranty is not included for just one session of Hybrid-Ultimate. You must have completed two sessions (and/or received 40ML of Hybrid-Ultimate). The 3 year warranty is only valid when the client has paid for the two sessions of Hybrid-Ultimate in full before they receive there 2nd session.

3.0 Dr M Chaudhry (GMC No. 7524221) has been suspended for a period of 5 months, Commencing 30/07/24. Dr M Chaudhry is currently not registered with the GMC. He is legally allowed to perform dermal filler treatments in this suspension period.
